There was a strange landing that happened late last night at Colonel James Jabara Airport. It turned out to be one of the four 747's that carry parts for Boeing's Dreamliner that landed at the wrong place. It usually lands at McConnell base, but instead went 8 miles north. Generally a big plane like this requires at least 9,000 feet long to accommodate, but Jabara Airport only has one 6,101 foot long runway which proved to be difficult during the landing process. It appears that there wasn't a big problem, however, recordings show that the crew was mad confused about the landing. The big issue now is how they plan to get out of this airport.
